YouAI operates as a private household intelligence platform. Your financial records, Open Banking telemetry, uploaded contracts, and personal household vault belong exclusively to you. We never sell, rent, or monetise user data to third-party advertisers, brokers, or credit agencies.
2. Information We Process
- Account & Cohort Registration: Name, email address, and household profile preferences provided when joining the platform or priority cohort.
- Household Vault & Inbound Documents: Policies, bills, warranties, and receipts uploaded directly, sent via WhatsApp, or forwarded to your personal YouAI email alias.
- Open Banking Telemetry: Read-only account balances, transaction histories, and Direct Debit metadata authorised explicitly by you through FCA-regulated Open Banking providers.
- Investor Relations Inquiries: Accreditation details and institutional contact information submitted when requesting Virtual Data Room access.
3. Isolated AI & External AI Context Governance
Your private household documents and financial telemetry are never used to train public foundation models. Where you connect your own AI assistant (such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Grok) via the YouAI Sovereign Context Bridge, external AI clients authenticate via cryptographically scoped access tokens that you can revoke at any time, and permanent modifications require explicit human-in-the-loop approval inside the YouAI application.
4. Your Rights Under UK GDPR
You have the right to access, export, rectify, or permanently purge your household vault and associated records at any time from within the YouAI application.
